Be Careful When Driving The Excavator

Digging machine is a hard work. I go out early and return late. Sometimes I have to stay up late and work overtime. Sometimes I have to go out to work when I call at night. However, no matter how hard you work, you must pay attention to some things, otherwise it will cause irreparable losses.

1.Pay attention to the surrounding environment

Pay attention to the surrounding working environment in advance, and observe whether there are deep pits, underground optical cables, cables, pipelines, water pipes, etc. to avoid potential safety hazards.

2.Ensure the safety of surrounding personnel before operation

Those who are not workers must stay away from the construction site. Vehicles and pedestrians are not allowed to stay within the activity range of the excavator. Only one driver can be left on the excavator. No one is allowed to enter the cab during operation.

3.We must pay attention to it in our work

When unloading the material onto the vehicle, wait for the driver to leave the cockpit before unloading. When turning, try to avoid crossing over the top of the cab. When unloading, try not to touch any part of the vehicle. When the bucket does not leave the ground, it is not allowed to rotate or walk.

4.After the job is completed

After the work, the driver should check the vehicle status and do necessary maintenance. If any problem is found, report it. When the excavator is parked, try to stay away from the low-lying place and the edge of the trench, close the doors and windows and lock them.
