Cleaning Method Of Excavator Oil Tank

During the use of the excavator, some impurities will inevitably enter the oil tank. If it is not cleaned for a long time, it will cause damage to the engine. Here are three ways to clean the engine.

1.Solvent method

First clean the oil tank with hot water, then blow dry the diesel steam inside the oil tank with compressed air, and then pour 10% sodium chloride aqueous solution into it for cleaning. If rust is found inside, wipe it with steel ball.

2.Steam method

After the diesel oil tank is cleaned by boiling the diesel oil molecules in the water for a few and a half hours, the oil tank will be cleaned by boiling the diesel oil molecules in the water again and again, and then the impurities will float in the oil tank.

3.Blowing and washing method

A small amount of diesel oil is left in the oil tank, and then the compressed air is introduced into the bottom of the oil tank with a plastic pipe to boil the diesel oil for cleaning. The position and direction of the lower end of the gas pipe are not changed to clean the whole oil tank. This method can effectively clean the sediment and other impurities in the oil tank. After purging, the diesel oil in the oil tank is discharged immediately. If the diesel oil is dirty, it is cleaned again, Until the discharged oil is free of impurities.
